Abdur-Rafiu, Jamiu (NCE; BA (Ed); M.Ed.; Ph.D.) is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Arts Education, Faculty of Education, University of Ilorin. He has taught at secondary and tertiary levels of Nigerian education system. He was the provost, Nana Aishat Memorial College of Education, Ilorin, Kwara State. He joined the services of Akwa Ibom State University in April, 2016 and later transferred to University of Ilorin in October, 2019. He has held administrative posts as Head of Department, Coordinator, Academic adviser, Assistant Postgraduate Coordinator, Departmental Examination Officer and member as well as chairman of a number of committees at both College of education and University levels respectively. He is currently, the Departmental Postgraduate Coordinator in the Department of Arts Education. He has successfully supervised 18 master dissertations and 6 Doctoral theses. He has scholarly papers published in reputable local, national and international outlets. He is a member of various professional bodies
